 Subject: DF over level 100
are the beasts from the quests(psycho steve, mud snakes...)in DF after level 100 stat based? Now I cannot even touch them and I don't know if I will level more and get APs and HPs, I will be able to kill them or they will be allways stronger with me. It would be good to know, so thanks
